The Challenge

Conceive and produce an event to celebrate 3 important milestones in Toyota history for an international audience—to take place in Japan with a crew that is 95 percent Japanese speaking. Not to mention the fact that this was all happening in one of the most technically advanced theatres in the world.

The Solution

TPM created an event that was equal parts business meeting and cultural event—integrating ancient Japanese art forms with hi-tech vehicle reveals. The venues stage automation was used in new and innovative ways. To underscore the shows theme 'Dimensions' and increase the "wow factor", we went outside the box—producing both HD video and PowerPoint speaker support in full 3D, a visual spectacle rarely seen in the corporate sphere.
