The Challenge

Every year for 20 years, TPM has been charged with making Toyota Canada's annual Gala Dinner and Dealer Awards Ceremony a unique evening—filled with memorable moments and, given the multi-lingual audience, one that transcends language and culture.

The Solution

For each Gala Evening, TPM creates an intricate, and thematically-linked blend of entertainment, food service, and awards presentations. The size of the occasion coupled with the venue's geographic location drive mood, staging, cuisine, and even performance—from the use of Cirque performers in Quebec City to Yosakoi dancers in Nagoya, Japan.
