The Challenge
Design, launch, and maintain a sophisticated intranet site that automates a series of time-consuming, paper-based HR functions. The site also needed to be easily scalable to meet the manufacturer's growing demands as a new plant came online.
The Solution
TPM delivered—on time and on budget—a site that boasts streamlined web-based HR processes, sophisticated reciprocal data flows, and a wide range of interactive self-service and administrative functionality. Using an agile methodology, we continue to add functionality in short, cost-effective development cycles with no downtime on the live site.
